All the prizes will be bought on behalf of the winner from John Lewis. The prizes will therefore come with all John Lewis quality assurances and guarantees where applicable. Win Free Prize will not pay for extended guarantees or warrantees.
If the colour or shape of prize is not suitable for the winner's kitchen Win Free Prize will make every effort to find an alternative prize of a comparable retail value or offer the cash alternative.
If any of the prizes on offer are no longer on sale at John Lewis Win Free Prize will make every effort to find an alternative prize of a comparable retail value or offer the cash alternative.
Win Free Prize is not responsible for any 'fitting' costs incurred after delivery.
Win Free Prize is not responsible for any fault of any kind that may occur with any product. The winner will be given full purchasing receipts and agreements and must take up any complaints concerning their products with the supplier or manufacturer accordingly.
The winner will be picked on the 24th January 2010 and the deadline for the competition is midnight on 28th February 2009.
If any entrant has entered the competition more than once (by means of completing promotional offers in section 3 of the competition) and they win a prize, only the entry that won will be removed from any subsequent draws, allowing multiple entrants the possibility to win more than once.
